Tai Chi Chaun

Tai Chi is the ancient Chinese art form developed over the last ten centuries.Through trail and error and an understanding of yin and yang, the Chinese have taken this ancient form of meditation and developed it into a total system of exercise and well being. To this day, Tai Chi continues to mystify traditional western medicine. Tai Chi can reduce blood pressure, reduce stress, and increase stammina without causing excessive strain on the body's joints, muscles or internal organs.

Millions of people desperately desire to attain a better physical and emotional state of mind. Many others would like to relieve the day-to-day stress associated with their daily routines. Still others would like to improve their outlook on life. Many have tried to get medical advice from medical doctors who prescribe medications for possible cures. They find that the medication works as long as they take it. The problem is not cured it is only treated. I have found that Tai Chi is a much better way to resolve these problems. It will not take any practitioner long to feel the benefits of Tai Chi exercise. It is for this reason that I would like to share it with anyone who craves for a heathier life.
