Sifu Tak Wah Eng has studied Kung Fu for over 30 years. His training started in China as a teenager and continued in New York from the mid 1960's until the present day. Sifu Eng has devoted his life to the study of his art. He is well known throughout the martial arts world and continues to teach and learn every day. Sifu Tak Wah Eng mastered the Southern Shaolin style of Kung Fu and The Northern Long Fist. His years of training and refining his techniques has enabled him to create a new and unique Southern Fist Form. Sifu Tak Wah Eng has dedicated these new form to the five brave Shaolin Masters who escaped persecution and continued to teach and promote Shaolin Kung Fu. Even though these monks faced execution, they believed the continuation of their art was more important than their own lives. This form is called The Shaolin Five Animal form.
